Bootleg comments:
Released: 2024 Origin: Japan.
MATRIX: E3377 HAMPTON 1981 - Disc 1 // E3377 HAMPTON 1981 - Disc 2
Excellent Stereo Soundboard recordings. Taken from Art Collins original tapes.
REMASTERED BY GRAF ZEPPELIN
No particular instrument stands out, and the sound is very well balanced, so EQ processing is kept to a minimum.
There were three missing parts, which were carefully filled in after EQ correction to bring the official audio.
The opening intro (A Train) is different from past videos, and this one seems to have the live audience microphones and the actual sound on stage recorded properly.
the Star Spangled Banner at the end are also about 10 seconds longer than the VGP version.
